By popular demand, Taste of Roma returns in 2026 the only event where you can sample dishes from a selection of the city’s finest restaurants.
It is the only event that brings together chefs from the city’s most exciting restaurants and leading figures in the foo and beverage industry at the same table, making culinary excellence accessible to everyone. A multisensory journey that combines taste, creativity, and entertainment.

Wednesday through Friday from 18:00 to 24:00.
On weekends it doubles: Saturday and Sunday also at lunchtime, from 12 noon to 4 p.m., and again in the evening from 6 p.m. to midnight.
